How does the bonus programme work?

The more you buy, the
larger your loyalty bonus becomes. Every invoice paid in the current
calendar year counts. The sum total of all your invoice amounts is used
to calculate your personal annual purchasing volume. You receive your 5%
bonus on this annual spending in the form of a voucher code sent to you
by email by the 15th of January of the following year. The voucher is
valid until 30th April of the following year.

placed with ifolor in the current calendar year automatically contribute
to your loyalty bonus. You receive your loyalty bonus by 15th January
of the following year in the form of a credit voucher code that is
forwarded to you by e-mail and you can use your loyalty bonus for your
very next order. If your loyalty bonus is larger than your next order,
the remaining amount is credited to your customer account. The remaining
amount is valid until 30th April of the following year.Please

How large is the loyalty bonus?

The loyalty bonus amounts to 5% of your personal annual purchasing
volume, which is calculated as the sum total of all invoiced amounts
(including value added tax and shipping costs) during a year.

Can I still benefit from current campaigns and credit vouchers?

Yes, you can benefit from all further discount offers and credit vouchers.

When am I notified about my loyalty bonus?

You receive notification about your loyalty bonus by 15th January of the
following year via e-mail. You can place orders with ifolor easily and
conveniently throughout the whole year and then benefit from your
loyalty bonus. If you have opted to stop receiving the ifolor

You receive your loyalty bonus in the form of a voucher code forwarded

The loyalty bonus is sent to you in the form of a credit voucher via
e-mail, to arrive no later than 15th January of the following year. Upon
receipt, the voucher will be valid until 30th April of the following
year. If your loyalty bonus is larger than your next order, the
remaining amount is credited to your customer account. The remaining

Is there a minimum order value needed to qualify?

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for the bonus.
Nonetheless, it naturally follows that the more you order from ifolor,
the larger your bonus will be.

Which particular total on the invoice is used to calculate the loyalty bonus?

The final amount that you have paid, including VAT and delivery costs, is the amount that the bonus is calculated from.

Can I give my loyalty bonus away as a voucher for somebody else?

As a loyal customer, your loyalty bonus is something that we want you to
enjoy as you please. You can simply use your bonus to order gift
vouchers that you can then offer to others. As a newsletter subscriber,
of course, you can also forward your voucher code directly to another
person.

Do I have to log in as a customer?

Yes. If you already have
an existing login, please use it to log in to make an order. If you do
not have a login, you can follow the simple procedure to register with
an e-mail and a password.
If you have several customer accounts you receive a voucher code for each customer account.
