Complaint & Technical Problems

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all ifolor products. If there is a design or manufacturing defect in the product you have ordered, or if it is damaged during transport, you will receive a replacement product of the same quality.

However, there are some situations where the satisfaction guarantee does not apply:

  • A double order made by mistake 
  • You have ordered the wrong design or size of your product 
  • You have ordered the wrong product and/or it has the wrong properties, e.g. the photo book you ordered was spiral bound. 
  • A special offer, discount code or voucher has already been used.

*Greeting cards, folded greeting cards, folded square cards, postcards and postcards, panorama now -20 % when ordering 3 or more similar products. For 2 similar products the offer is -10 %. Normal prices apply when ordering 1 product each. Similar product stands for products with same attributes (e.g. Greeting cards, portrait, 10 pcs), images may vary. 

Volume discount on Digital photos (same size and finish): 1-49 pcs. from 0,28 €, 50-99 pcs. from 0,20 €, 100 pcs. or more -50 % from 0,14 €. Free delivery on digital photo orders with code KUVAT10 when the order value is min. 10 €.

Cannot be combined with other offers. Ifolor reserves the right to change prices. Offers are valid until 17.6.2026.
