In order for the surprise to be successful, you should order gifts and cards well in advance, at least 2 weeks before Valentine's Day. The manufacturing times of different products vary, please check the product-specific delivery time information below.
Product delivery time
Delivery time includes production time and shipping. Production times vary by product. Photo prints from digital photos are usually made the fastest. Spiral bound photo books are the fastest photo books to manufacture.

Products are delivered by Posti. Products cannot be picked up.
This is how we deliver your order
When Posti has received the package for transport, you can follow its progress in OmaPosti or posti.fi by tracking the shipment with the shipment ID, which you can find in the order confirmation you received. We deliver orders to Finnish addresses, including Åland.
Delivery options:
Small Parcel To Door
Parcels are delivered to the recipient's home with Posti's daily delivery within 2-5 business days after the shipment has arrived at Posti. Depending on the size, the shipment is either left in a mailbox/slot or by the doorstep and Posti protects the parcel from the weather if necessary. You will receive information about the delivery of the shipment in the OmaPosti application or by text message/email. If the shipment cannot be left by the doorstep, it will be taken to a pick-up point and an electronic arrival notification will be sent. Please note that Small Parcel To Door is not available in Åland.
Postal Parcel
The parcels are delivered to the nearest available Posti pick-up point within 1-3 business days of the shipment arriving at Posti, and you will receive information about the parcel to be picked up in the OmaPosti application or by text message/email.
Please note that Posti normally stores postal parcels ONLY for a week (7 days) from the arrival notification.
If you ordered the product to another address, the recipient will receive a notification of the incoming parcel in the OmaPosti application or by text message if the recipient's phone number is provided with the order. If no phone number has been provided, the recipient will receive a notification by mail.
