Delivery times

All orders delivered as postal parcels 1.-11.12.

We want to make sure you receive your season presents on time, and that's why we deliver all orders (also photo prints) as postal parcels between 1st and 11th of December.

Shipments are delivered to a Posti pickup point. Note: For orders going directly to the gift recipient, it is important to add the recipient's phone number during the ordering process to ensure that so that they are notified of the arriving package.

We warmly recommend ordering the gifts as soon as possible, before the last day of order, to avoid last-minute suspense. The mail is no longer delivered on Christmas Eve, only through 23.12.

This is how we deliver your order

We deliver orders as parcels. During checkout, you can choose your preferred PostNord pickup point or parcel locker. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number and tracking link so you can follow your delivery. Tracking information will be updated once PostNord has received the shipment from us. You will receive a collection notification either in the PostNord app or via text message.

Please note the following:

If the pickup point selection is not displayed at checkout, you are likely using an older version of the ifolor Designer software or mobile app. Update the application to the latest version to access the pickup point selection.
Parcel lockers can accommodate packages up to 60 × 42 × 49 cm in size. For larger shipments, we recommend selecting a pickup point instead.
If the selected pickup point or parcel locker is full, or if the shipment is too large to fit, PostNord will redirect the parcel to the nearest available pickup point.
Collection from a Lähiboksi locker requires the PostNord app and an active Bluetooth connection.
PostNord stores parcels for seven (7) days from the date the collection notification is sent.

If you use the ship-to-address service and order the product directly to the recipient, it is important to add the recipient’s phone number during checkout so that they receive notification of the arriving parcel.
