All orders delivered as postal parcels 1.-11.12.

We want to make sure you receive your season presents on time, and that's why we deliver all orders (also photo prints) as postal parcels between 1st and 11th of December.

Shipments are delivered to a Posti pickup point. Note: For orders going directly to the gift recipient, it is important to add the recipient's phone number during the ordering process to ensure that so that they are notified of the arriving package.

We warmly recommend ordering the gifts as soon as possible, before the last day of order, to avoid last-minute suspense. The mail is no longer delivered on Christmas Eve, only through 23.12.

Products ordered between January 26th and March 27th 2026 (including photo prints) will be delivered as postal parcel

Shipments will be delivered to a Posti pickup point or a parcel locker. Note: For orders going to an alternative address, it is important to add the recipient's phone number during the ordering process to ensure that so that they are notified of the arriving package.

This is how we deliver your order

When Posti has received the package for transport, you can follow its progress in OmaPosti or posti.fi by tracking the shipment with the shipment ID, which you can find in the order confirmation you received. We deliver orders to Finnish addresses, including Åland.

Delivery options:

Small Parcel To Door

Parcels are delivered to the recipient's home with Posti's daily delivery within 2-5 business days after the shipment has arrived at Posti. Depending on the size, the shipment is either left in a mailbox/slot or by the doorstep and Posti protects the parcel from the weather if necessary. You will receive information about the delivery of the shipment in the OmaPosti application or by text message/email. If the shipment cannot be left by the doorstep, it will be taken to a pick-up point and an electronic arrival notification will be sent. Please note that Small Parcel To Door is not available in Åland.

Postal Parcel

The parcels are delivered to the nearest available Posti pick-up point within 1-3 business days of the shipment arriving at Posti, and you will receive information about the parcel to be picked up in the OmaPosti application or by text message/email.

Please note that Posti normally stores postal parcels ONLY for 5 days from the arrival notification.

If you ordered the product to another address, the recipient will receive a notification of the incoming parcel in the OmaPosti application or by text message if the recipient's phone number is provided with the order. If no phone number has been provided, the recipient will receive a notification by mail.
