All orders delivered as postal parcels 1.-11.12.

We want to make sure you receive your season presents on time, and that's why we deliver all orders (also photo prints) as postal parcels between 1st and 11th of December.

Shipments are delivered to a Posti pickup point. Note: For orders going directly to the gift recipient, it is important to add the recipient's phone number during the ordering process to ensure that so that they are notified of the arriving package.

We warmly recommend ordering the gifts as soon as possible, before the last day of order, to avoid last-minute suspense. The mail is no longer delivered on Christmas Eve, only through 23.12.

This is how we deliver your order

We deliver orders as postal parcels. You will receive a delivery confirmation containing a tracking number and a link that allows you to track your shipment. Tracking information will start updating as soon as Posti has received the parcel from us.

Posti will deliver the parcel to the nearest available pickup point within 1–3 business days after the shipment has arrived at Posti. You will receive a pickup notification via the OmaPosti app or by text message or email.

Please note that Posti stores parcels for five (5) days from the arrival notification.

Note: If you use the ship-to-address service and order the product directly to the recipient, it is important to add the recipient’s phone number during checkout so that they receive notification of the arriving parcel.
