Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order due to our fully automated production process.
Delivery times vary depending on the product. For more information, click here.
Please note that express deliveries or express production are not possible.
Orders can no longer be amended, brought forward, cancelled or combined once they have been placed. This is because our production process is largely automated. Please refer to our GTCs.

Orders via our website and our software or apps are separate orders and cannot be merged.

Your product is stored in our system for 30 days from the order date. Photo projects can be ordered at a later date through the shipping confirmation (e-mail).

For data protection reasons, photo projects are permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after the order date, and can no longer be reproduced after this time.

If you placed your order using the ifolor Designer and haven’t deleted the projects, you will be able to order your projects again at any time through the ifolor Designer.

Immediately after having received your order, we will automatically send out an order confirmation. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder.

If there is no order confirmation in your spam folder either, please let us know your full address, the product selected and the time you placed the order through our contact form.

Due to the varying production times for individual products and the fully automated production process, it can happen that the order is sent over multiple partial deliveries. Orders can no longer be amended, brought forward, cancelled or combined once they have been placed.
The amount of the shipping costs – including postage, packing and packaging – will be shown in your shopping cart before you confirm your order.

When ordering several products within a single order, the shipping costs for the individual products are added together. A 25% discount on this sum is granted when ordering at least two (2) different products. For five (5) or more products, the total discount increases to 50%.

Please note that for paper photos the shipping costs are only charged once.

Orders cannot be combined. Each order triggers a separate job in the system, regardless of the ordering channel, and they cannot be merged.

Yes, you can. However, registering allows you to save unfinished products for later editing and ordering. Products are stored for 90 days.

Yes, at ifolor it is possible to enter different delivery and billing addresses. You can easily enter a different delivery address during the ordering process. The important thing is that the billing and delivery addresses are in the same country.
No, changing the delivery address is no longer possible after the order has been submitted.
Once the order has been received by ifolor, the automated production process begins immediately to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, the delivery address cannot be changed afterwards.

We deliver shipments via Posti. Shipments are mainly delivered as packages. We always aim to deliver small packages directly to a mailbox or door. If the shipment does not fit in there, it will be delivered to the nearest pickup point. You will be notified of this primarily by text message.

You will receive the package's shipping ID by email or text message. If the delivery is to a different address, remember to add the recipient's phone number to the field provided during the ordering process so that the recipient will receive a notification of the incoming shipment via text message.

Please note that Posti stores postal packages ONLY for a week (7 days) from the arrival notification. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide us with your phone number when ordering.

Together with its logistics partner, ifolor will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For this purpose, a largely automated production and delivery process is used, which does not allow delivery on a specifically requested delivery date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with the tracking number. As the shipment progresses through Posti, the tracking number will be updated on Posti's website and you can track the arrival of your package.
