How to order ifolor products from Google Photos

We are often asked how to order photo products from images that have been stored in the Google Photos cloud service. Here are a couple of different options from which you can choose the one that suits you best.

Option 1: Order photo products with the ifolor app for Android directly from Google Photos

The most convenient way to order photo products from Google Photos is the ifolor app for Android phones, which you can download to your phone or tablet. There is a wide range of products available for ordering in the app, but not all of them. A lot of new products have been added to the website lately and we are trying to add them to the app as well.

Here's how it works:

Download the ifolor app from your phone's app store.
Select the product you want and choose the image(s) from your Google Photos account. The app will ask you to sign in with your Google Photos credentials.
Order the product.

Option 2: Transfer images from Google Photos to your computer

Sometimes it may be better to transfer images from Google Photos to your computer or external hard drive first. Especially photo books and calendars that come with images and text are more convenient to order using a computer, either with the Designer program or on the website.

How to transfer images from Google Photos to your computer:

On your computer, sign in to your Google Photos account at photos.google.com.
From there, select the images you want to transfer and upload them. (The Download button can be found under the three dots in the upper right corner).
Save the images on your computer in a folder where they are easy to find when ordering photo products.

If you don't choose the folder to download the images to, they can be found in the Downloads folder. If more than one image has been uploaded, they will be saved in a zip folder.

Tip: In Google Photos, you can mark your favorite images already on your phone by tapping the star button at the top of the image. The tagged images can be found in the Google Photos Favorites folder, where you can easily download them and save them to your computer.
