Ifolor Oy harkitsee valmistustoiminnan siirtämistä Keravalta Sveitsiin

Ifolor Oy harkitsee sen kuvatuotteiden valmistustoiminnan keskittämistä Sveitsin Kreuzlingeniin, missä konsernin pääkonttori ja suurempi tuotantoyksikkö sijaitsevat. Yhtiön toimitilat Keravalla ovat käymässä vanhaksi. Pitkällä tähtäimellä toiminnan jatkaminen Keravalla edellyttäisi merkittäviä investointeja. Valmistustoiminnan siirtämisen lisäksi yhtiö suunnittelee myös muiden toimintojen uudelleenorganisointia ja sopeuttamista.

Ifolor Oy käynnistää henkilöstön kanssa yhteistoimintalain mukaiset muutosneuvottelut. Neuvottelut alkavat 14.2.2023. Neuvotteluiden piirissä on yhteensä 54 työtehtävää. Ifolor Oy jatkaa toimintaansa Pohjoismaissa, eikä neuvottelut koske markkinointiosastoa. Asiakaspalvelu säilyy Suomessa.

Ifolor Oy is considering centralizing its photo product manufacturing operations to Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, where the group's head office and larger production unit are located. The company's premises in Kerava are getting old. In the long term, continuing operations at Kerava would require significant investments. In addition to the transfer of manufacturing operations, the company also plans to reorganize and adapt other operations.

Ifolor Oy will initiate change negotiations with the personnel in accordance with the Act on Cooperation. The negotiations will start on February 14, 2023. There are a total of 54 employment relationships within the scope of the negotiations. Ifolor Oy continues its operations in the Nordic countries, and the negotiations do not concern the marketing department. Customer service will remain in Finland.
